The best value in acquiring additional assistance while maintaining the latest version is the Farm Works support plan. For €150 per year all your Farm Works products are covered, no matter how many you have. This offers the user a complete package of the best support in the business.
With any purchase of a Farm Works solution, support is **FREE within the 1st 30 DAYS of purchase** – a completed Support Plan with signed Direct Debit agreement or payment by cheque is required thereafter.
Support Plan includes:
1. Update to the latest version that will be mailed to you on CD
2. 1 Year of telephone and e-mail support
3. Free updates through downloads on the website until the next major version is released
4. Free internet broadband support (click here for more information)
5. Training classes at discounted cost (see newsletters for more information)
Save money when you choose to pay by Direct Debit!
The €150 annual rate represents a €20 saving by Direct Debit. Payment by cheque is €170.
N.B. The period of free telephone, email, broadband support and software updates has changed from 1 year to 30 days.
Free support commences on day of delivery. Farm Works use Next Day delivery so day of receipt is assumed to be one day after dispatch. Where dispatch is on a Friday, delivery is assumed to be the following Monday.

Free Firmware Updates
Customers are advised to update their Trimble or Raven GPS guidance systems to the latest firmware available to get the best performance, and to benefit from the ongoing advances in firmware features and add-ons. The update can be downloaded from our downloads pages for Trimble Click Here for Raven Click Here . Once the upgrade procedure commences it must not be interrupted.
For customers who do not wish to apply the upgrade them selves we will update their guidance system Free of Charge to customers who deliver the unit to us, or meet us at farm shows. The process only takes a few minutes, while we will advise you of the new features! For customers who send the units by courier or post we will just charge the return cost.
EGNOS GPS Correction Signal
DO NOT remove power or the USB drive from the Cruizer at any time during the update process. Removing power or the USB drive during the update may result in corrupted program files, and would require assistance from Raven service to resolve.
· Since the USB drive may bounce around while the vehicle is in motion, it is recommended to remain stationary while the update is in progress. This will help ensure that the update process is not interrupted.
This function allows you to update the software for the Raven Cruizer. This may be done whenever there is a new software version available. You must have the software update stored on a USB storage device prior to beginning the update. To do this, copy or download the update to the root directory of the USB storage device.
NOTE: The file is in a zip format and needs to be uncompressed before using. Unzip the files directly to the root directory of the USB storage device.
**DO NOT PUT THE FILES INTO A SUB-FOLDER ON THE STORAGE DEVICE.
After you save the files to the root directory of the storage device, you should see this when you open the storage device on your computer:
